*grr* ive never extented my hair before, but i want it to look a little longer in the back but i dont have a bunch of money, so i cant get real human hair...i would like to get synthetic...and permanent ones.

do NOT go to sally's to get hair...EVER...trust me as someone who gets my hair done frequently, their selection is limited and expensive...just go to a regular beauty supply store...depending on what style and length...here in indianapolis you can get some pretty cute 14'; hair for like $10 a bag and people usually need 2 bags for a full head...shop around, sometimes human hair isn't that expensive esp if you get short hair, as a lot of short hairstyles are popular these days...but if you want something really long and just can't afford human hair, just make sure the synthetic hair is close to your natural color, keep your real hair (if you're planning on leaving some out @ the top) very moisturized so it will blend in better, and take good care of your weave because synthetic hair tangles WAY easier and sooner than human hair...i only use synthetic when i don't use ANY of my real hair o make sure you/your stylist know what you're doing when using synthetic...hope that helped.





oh...and it really depends on if you want your weave glued on or sewed in...a quickweave (glue) usually cost $50-$60 plus the cost of hair and lasts anywhere from 3-6wks on average...a sew in is going to run you anywhere from about $100-$150 because it's more work and can last a couple months...i would suggest a quick weave if going with synthetic hair because synthetic is not going to look cute after like 3-4 weeks...but it's up to you...just see if you like it's easy to get the glue out just spray your hair liberally with oil sheen and it will slide right off (or you can buy glue remover for like $1), then of course shampoo and condition...i hope i answered your question...the world of a woman getting her hair done is a large and sometimes complicated one...when your finances are better you'll know better what to do...i've had almost every style you can think of lol quickweave, updo, sew in natural...i'm done with weaves for now i'm just going to grow out my hair (which i have done in a shoulder length bob right now) but i understand where you're coming from...lol long answer i know but i've been where you are! good luck...





one last thing i'm not sure where you live but i live in the city so there are tons of beauty supply stores here (including sally's)...sally's has some good stuff but hair is not one of them...you need just a regular beauty supply store that is like all asians working in there...so IF you need to find one i would suggest you make the drive, they have loads of styles and for cheap...ok i think i'm done now lmao.How much do synthetic hair extensions cost normally?
