Can you cut synthetic hair extensions?

They are clip ons and they are wayy too long and my hair is way too short for that to look good.





Also if you happen to know is there any styling you can do with synthetic extensions, they are board straight and it seems like I can't straighten my own hair enough to match it.. I know you can't use hot tools on it...right?Can you cut synthetic hair extensions?
Yes you can get them,but don't cut in a direct straight line as they will go frizzy at the ends,instead cut upwards with the scissors. The best style apart from straight with synthetic exstentions is simply to get them wet then leave the in plaits in till there completely dry,giving a nice wavy effect.
