Sorry buddy you cannot put heat to them at all. They will melt. But- if there wet and you wrap the hair around a shape you want the hair to be a wait for them to dry.

You can use rollers. If you want a full curl, find a roller that the hair will wrap at least 2 1/2 times around. Heat will for sure melt synthetic hair (it's plastic).
Both can work. But i should warn you if you have short hair that doesn't even touch your shoulders you will be having problems by using the rollers. Trust me I tried this.
Read up about styling dolls hair.. that is also synthetic. Or call the salon that put them in.

damp them, wrap them around plastic rollers, then leave them to dry over night xx
